It was established in 1958 and it has maintained an unrivalled reputation since 1996, catering to its esteemed guests. The venue is spread over 8 acre areas and comprises of 2 awe inspiring hall along with a pool side area. Every detail has been carefully packaged into our uniquely sophisticated concept.

Windsor Hall

The royal Moroccan inspired banquet (15000 sq. ft.) is designed to cater upto 2000 guests along with a dedicated entrance to the lawn for a predinning setup . With its Elegant lines and proportionate structure, the place exudes magnificence .

Imperial Hall

The contemporary inspired banquet (12000 sq. ft.) is designed to cater upto 500 guest along with a spread over 5000 sq. ft. lawn dedicated for Mandap and pre–dinning.

Bali-Pool Side

The pool area is dedicated to customize the perfect experience by blending Balinese touch with current international trends and can cater upto 500 guests. The surreal surrounding provides complete command for the environmental mood.

Karan Chachra has a degree from TVU London in hotel management. Post his education he has worked with Holiday Inn Mayfair London as an F&B supervisor. He went on to work for Subway as a general manager and now is the COO and proprietor of the popular fast food chain Al Zaitoon.

Akshay Sharma, a hospitality enthusiast and a passionate entrepreneur is the third generation of the supreme legacy of Mallu Farms. An alumnus of Les Roches University, Switzerland, Akshay has travelled the world to educate himself with every aspect of hospitality. From being a waiter to a manager at a Michelin Star restaurant, he has gained knowledge and experience to enrich his passion of serving people with finesse. In 2012, he was associated with one of the biggest hotel chains of the world – Ritz Carlton, New Orleans, where he observed and imbibed the understanding of a ‘5 Star Experience’ as a management trainee.  Another one of his many achievements is his association with OSO, a pioneer fine dining chain of Singapore. Akshay spent six years of his life exploring and enlightening himself with luxury and hospitality industry.

In 2014, he returned to India and was determined to revamp the prestige of ‘Mallu Farms’.  The architecture and the structure was reconstructed according to Akshay’s vision based on his study of the industry and competition in the market. He developed an understanding of the need in the industry and divided the space into two halls named, Imperial and Vindsor, the idea was to have space for both large and small gatherings. While Imperial  has the capacity of 200-500 people, Vindsor can accommodate 500-1200 guests. For a massive gathering both the halls combined together can make room for 2000 people. The Farm House is known to have an adjoining land of 8 acres used as parking space.

With the revival of Mallu Farms, Akshay was always keen on the expansion of his inheritance, his love for food and service lead him to initiate IFK, which is an in-house catering service of Mallu Farms. A joint venture with Mr. Karan, IFK is a fine example of innovation. In every 15 days the menu is thoughtfully altered. Both Akshay and Karan are actively involved as chefs in the  kitchen and use their expertise to change the menu every six months.

Akshay’s drive to elevate the experience at Mallu Farms and his travel inspirations from Bali led him to come up with ‘The Deck’ a third venue which will be launched in mid-September. The place is intended to have a Balinese feel and will be designed and created keeping the tropical theme in mind. He also wants to make the best of his travel and education for which he is planning a chain of Quick Service Restaurants in Delhi called Shek Chang Singh. A man of diligence and zeal, Akshay’s endeavours is an inspiration for many!
